Empower Decision Systems specializes in full project life cycle development.  We assist our clients in all aspects of solution development as indicated to the right.

The majority of our experience has been in Microsoft Windows-based client-server development.  We use tested tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Microsoft Access, Delphi and Java to develop our systems.  Our systems have been deployed on a variety of hardware platforms including desktops, laptops and handheld computers.  Many of our systems encompass shared or replicated data, using the Internet as the data transport mechanism.  We also have extensive experience developing Geographic Information Systems.
