Service Work Automation
The Service Work Automation Tool (SWAT) allows remote sales people to capture inventories, write orders, and issue credits to their customers. The replicated database allows users to send order and credit information to a central database via the internet, while receiving price and product updates at the same time.
Sales Forecasting and Action Plan
The ActionPlan sales forecasting and planning tool allows salespeople to import customer and sales data from their CRM system. Then users create a sales plan for the following year using the current year as a base. The forecasts and sales plans are then sent up to their Regional Manager, where they are combined and modified again before being sent up to the National Sales Manager.
Hose Product Configuration and Service Tracking
The HoseTools application allows salespeople and Authorized Distributors to select the best hose for a particular application by entering the application's operational parameters. Users can then track the service history of a hose including inspections and tests, from the time the hose is put into service until it is taken out of service.
Authorized Distributor Territory Mapping
The StratMap application allows users to view Authorized Distributor's sales territories by product category using color-coded maps. This allows users to see where they have gaps in their distribution coverage, as well as overlaps. The distributed system allows regional managers to enter new trade areas and print Authorized Distributor contracts after the territories are approved.
Conveyor Belt Survey Data Capture
This handheld computer data capture application allows salespeople who perform surveys of conveyor belts to record key information regarding operational characteristics and geometry for later use with a product configuration program. The rugged, handheld computer provides electronic data capture in an environment that is hostile to expensive, laptop computers.
